Every dental practice has equipment that needs regular servicing and preventative maintenance. Your job is to make sure nothing gets missed while helping us identify further service opportunities.
You’ll manage our annual maintenance planner, schedule upcoming service and preventative maintenance bookings, coordinate technicians and follow each job through to completion and invoicing.
You’ll also keep customer asset registers up to date, proactively contact practices when servicing is due, and identify additional equipment we can add to our ongoing service schedules.
This is a role for someone who loves being organised, enjoys speaking with customers and is always looking ahead rather than waiting for the phone to ring.
You’ll be joining a great team in our Woolgoolga office, with the support of the wider Dental United Group team.
We’ll teach you the equipment. You bring the organisation.
