ABOUT US
Dental United Group was formed through the coming together of three highly skilled directors, Shaun Mahoney, Owen Kurtz, and Ben Hargraves, each bringing decades of technical expertise, genuine customer care, and a shared commitment to supporting dental professionals across Australia.
Shaun Mahoney founded Shine Dental Tech Services on the Sunshine Coast 14 years ago after a 20-year career as an electrician. He has worked around the world and now enjoys family time, early-morning body surfs, and travelling Australia by caravan.
Owen Kurtz founded Hunter Dental Technical Services in 2006 after marrying a dentist. Previously, he worked in two trades, industrial electrician and fitter mechanic, both of which transferred well into the dental repair industry. He has worked across several countries and enjoys family time, trips to his farm, and travelling whenever he can.
Ben Hargraves, founder of Country Dental and Autoclave Services, is a licensed tradesman who has supported healthcare equipment since 2012. Known for honest communication and dependable service, he works closely with many rural practices. Ben enjoys time with his family, restoring old Holdens, fishing, and growing native gardens on his small acreage.
Together, the three directors form Dental United Group, a team dedicated to providing reliable, skilled, and friendly technical support to dental professionals nationwide.
