What You’ll Do
As a Service Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping dental practices operating at their best:
- Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of dental equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Manage parts usage, inventory, and warranty documentation
- Work independently across your territory with remote supervision
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and management
Qualities We’re Looking For
- Previous service technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently with remote supervision
- Trade background preferred
