We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated Service Technicians based in Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. Reporting to the National Operations Manager your primary responsibility is to achieve productivity levels as per agreed customer-generated reactive calls and to complete allocated planned maintenance activities.

The role is predominantly field based attending dental surgeries and medical clinics however may on occasion also include repairs and maintenance duties for equipment sent to our workshop.

Description

  • Installation and repair of Dental Chairs, Xray Units, Sterilisation Units, Thermal Disinfectors, Suction Units, Compressors, Intra Oral Cameras, Handpieces and associated equipment.

  • Fit out of new surgeries.

  • Call support.

Requirements

  • Electrical Trades Licence.

  • Excellent Fault Finding Skills.

  • Exposure to Pneumatics / Hydraulics.

  • Computer Skills.

  • Own Car & C class Licence.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Must enjoy client facing role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To provide and carry out service and repair work on dental/medical equipment.

  • Providing after sales support and warranty support to equipment distributors

  • To be result and customer focused, maintaining a high level of single instance repairs

  • Available on-call after hours, including occasional interstate and overnight work

In order to be successful, you will need:

  • Electrical/electronic trade background

  • Previous service and fault-finding experience of Dental/medical equipment.

  • PC and networking experience would be advantageous
